You ask: How to stop thinking? I say: Just watch, be alert. And drop this idea of stopping; otherwise it will stop the natural transformation of the mind. Drop this idea of stopping! Who are you to stop?

At the most, enjoy. And nothing is wrongeven if immoral thoughts, so-called immoral thoughts, pass through your mind, let them pass. Nothing is wrong. You remain detached, no harm is being done. It is just fiction; you are seeing an inner movie. Allow it its own way and it will lead you, by and by, to the state of no-mind. Watching ultimately culminates in no-mind.

The Instructions:
Osho on No Mind Therapy
During the discourse series Live Zen in April 1988, Osho introduced a new meditation to thousands of people gathered in Gautama the Buddha Auditorium.

My Beloved Ones, I am introducing you to a new meditation. It is divided into three parts.

The first part is gibberish. The word gibberishcomes from a Sufi mystic, Jabbar. Jabbar never spoke any language, he just uttered nonsense. Still he had thousands of disciples because what he was saying was, Your mind is nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being.

To use gibberish, dont say anything meaningful, dont use language that you know. Use Chinese, if you dont know Chinese. Use Japanese, if you dont know Japanese. Dont use German, if you know German. For the first time have a freedom the same as all the birds have. Simply allow whatever comes to your mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, significance just the way the birds are doing.

For the first part, leave language and mind aside. Out of this will arise the second part, a great silence in which you have to close your eyes and freeze your body, all its movements, and gather your energy within yourself.

Remain here and now.

In the third part I will say, let go!. Then you relax your body and let it fall without any effort, without your mind controlling. Just fall like a bag of rice. Each segment will begin with the sound of a drum. Osho Live Zen #17

Dear friends,

We are meeting at 2:00 pm this weekend to practice one of many techniques devised by the enlightened mystic Osho. This weekend we will get to practice Osho No-Mind Meditation. No-Mind is in fact a 7 day therapy done for 2 hours everyday during the 7 days course but here in our meditation center we will get the taste of the beautiful and deep process through a one hour meditation.

Group meditations creates a strong group energy which intensifies our individual efforts and motivates us further. No prior meditation experience is needed as all meditations will be explained thoroughly. All that is needed is an open mind and a loving courageous heart ready to explore and experience the unknown.

The schedule is:
2:00 - 2:30 Osho Discourse and Instructions

2:30 - 3:30 Osho No-Mind Meditation

3:30- 4:00 Tea Break

4:00 - 5:00 Osho Nataraj Meditation 5:00 - 6:00 Osho Video Discourse and Satsang Celebration
