School review Latin Builders Association Construction And Business Management Academy (13835 Northwest 97th Avenue)

In trying to drum up business for this school, they called my cell phone @ 11:02 pm and again at 12:26 AM using telephone #305-206-0638. This is completely discourteous, which shows an out-of-touch leadership. Without having pictures of the principal, Jennifer Jaynes or the assistant principal, Gina Terry-Flores on the website leads me to believe that they are being deceptive, questioning the whole model of LBAAcademy.org. Other reviews do not show this academy in a positive light either. Parents keep in mind, Charter schools are designed to destroy regular public schools as they receive $$$ for each student registered but they are a not-for-profit entity, which means they can spend the money any way they want to and not necessarily on your child. If you decide to send your child to this school, after reading all of the reviews, then I would suggest asking them for their budget and expenses so you can determine where the $$$ is actually spent.
An alligator, likely from a nearby pond, was spotted near the portables at the school which is located at 10600 Okeechobee Blvd.
